Strategic Priorities- Our 3 Way Method

Cultivate Leaders – A primary purpose of leadership development and discipleship ministries is to engage, equip, encourage, and empower ministers, pastors, and faith base counselors within the full body of Christ.

Alignment- Working together among individuals and organizations is critical to communicate and achieve the goals set forth to achieve the vision God has planted within us. To do this, we create and stand firmly for spiritual concept, while building a pathway to educate leaders, ministers, members, and students in continuous learning.

Strengthen Relationships- Good relationship are built through communication and founded in trust and respect. Positive environments offer a safe place for people to share their testimony, understanding, seek council, and provide a platform in which everyone can collaborate with one another.
