At the present moment, we offer 3 levels of certifications for ministers, as well as 3 spiritual development levels for those who are seeking a certain type of ministry they would like to develop.

1) Lay-Ministers: Certified lay ministers (CLMs) are within the entry of ministry who have answered God’s call on their life through a concrete and long-term commitment to the church. Some CLMs serve as part of the leadership platform for choirs, support groups, bible studies, and other duties that a pastor may request within the congregations. Others engage in specific ministry projects in their own local church

2) LICENSE MINISTER: This credential allows the credential holder to fill the pulpit, to perform legal ceremonies (i.e.) weddings, funerals, etc. The credential holder must be apt to
teach, mature in the faith, and must work in harmony with the Holy Spirit and the
Word of God

3) Ordained Minister: By becoming an ordained minister with UECA Foundation you are a  ordained minister who is authorized by a religious denomination", in accord with our rules and customs we authorize you (once ordained & in good standing with our ministries, churches, and outreach programs) to solemnize marriages and/or officiate at marriage ceremonies. As well as moving forward in becoming a pastor of your own ministry. In order to remain in good standing with UECA you must hold an unexpired ordain minster certifications ID card and be in "regular communion."
