Senior Bishop UECA Inc.
Dr. Tony R. Smith became UECA Senior Chairman on 20 June 2017. United Evangelical Council Assembly (UECA Foundation) confirmed his appointed position by Dr. Wisor, Senior Bishop UECCI Inc. In April 2023, the Council Assembly confirmed his appointment to a second term.
Mr. Smith is also the Vice-Chairman of ACTS Biblical Institute & Theology, ministerial development & training program, which establish educational and biblical training for ministers and fellowship members.
Before joining and prior to UECA Inc. Mr. Smith was the founder of the National Leadership & Christian Counseling Outreach Ministry for substance abuse & mental illness groups.
